Here at Ballé Training Studios, we truly take the time to welcome new clients to our family. To ensure the best possible experience for our clients and our team of trainers, we have developed a two-step process to make sure Ballé Private Fitness is the right destination for your fitness journey. 
Our meticulous selection process for new clients mirrors the essence of a bespoke experience, ensuring that every individual embraced into our fold becomes a cherished member of our fitness family.

During this process, we like to get to know the individual(s) we will be working with, and give you the ability to get to know us. We want to ensure that every client we bring on board is here for the right reasons. It’s also crucial that you and your trainer have chemistry and build a rapport right from the beginning. We always tell our potential clients how important it is to get to know and feel comfortable with your trainer, rather than choosing someone based on their credentials or location.  We want you to walk in to your first session feeling confident that your trainer’s approach, personality, and training style align with your goals and needs. We aim to provide the ultimate personal training experience, and this step is critical to ensure that this takes place.

During this assessment, we put our new clients through a series of exercises to learn where their starting point is. We want to thoroughly understand where you are physically in order to provide you with our best expertise. By doing so, it allows our trainers to develop a program from the beginning that is specific to you, and your needs and goals.
Once this step is completed and your consultation is successfully finalized, we will move forward and welcoming you to our family here at the studio.

With 24 years of experience as an exercise and fitness specialist as well as a  competitive bodybuilder John has developed into one of Central N.J. top personal trainers.  

John truly takes the time to understand each and every client he works with thoroughly by not just delving into the physical but by learning about his clients mentally and emotionally as well. You’ll hear John time and time again tell his clients that a fitness journey is so much more than one dimensional, it’s an overall mind, body and soul experience.  An all-encompassing journey of self-discovery and a overall well-being!

He wants his clients to leave their sessions feeling refreshed in every way possible – physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
